Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years Banking/Financial Services experience.
• Minimum 1 year sales experience as individual contributor or manager.
• 1 year supervisory/management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, develop, and motivate associates across one or more financial centers.
• Conduct performance reviews, provide coaching and counseling.
• Promote a culture of service excellence and deliver an exceptional Client experience.
• Drive center sales and service performance using a consultative approach.
• Lead risk management, regulatory compliance, and P&L analysis.
