Bank of America is seeking a customer-focused Financial Center Associate to serve as the first point of contact for clients, uncover personal banking needs, and connect clients with specialists. You will deepen relationships, support self-service transactions, and deliver exceptional client care.

The role requires building trust, meeting sales goals, and complying with banking regulations. Training will occur at a designated financial center with potential relocation within commuting distance.

Formación

• Minimum education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must meet regulatory requirements, including FDIC rules.
• Shift: 1st shift, 40 hours per week.

Responsabilidades

• Partners with teams to provide financial center clients with consumer and small business solutions.
• Assists, educates, and trains clients on simple self-service transactions.
• Leverages resources to optimize client experience and accuracy.
• Adheres to processes, laws, and guidelines in day-to-day activities (opening accounts, maintenance).
• Manages client interactions with best actions for bank and clients, complying with regulatory requirements.
