The role focuses on consultative sales to meet customer financial needs, cross-selling Retail products, and supporting the branch team while upholding risk and service standards.

Qualifications

• College degree or relevant work experience.
• Experience in the financial industry preferred.
• Ability to perform complex math for credit analysis.
• Strong communication and professional appearance.
• S.A.F.E. Act registration via NMLS required at employment.

Responsibilities

• Use consultative sales to identify client financial needs and build customer profiles.
• Cross-sell Retail products and services to existing customers.
• Maintain knowledge of Retail products and services and recommend solutions.
• Assist in opening/servicing accounts and handling teller tasks.
• Collaborate with Mortgage, Small Business, Commercial partners when appropriate.
• Meet production and customer experience goals and support branch revenue growth.
