Job summary

Qualifications

• College degree or two or more years of leadership experience in a sales environment.
• Ability to professionally represent Fifth Third Bank in verbal and written communication.
• Capable of analyzing credit and financial information.
• Ability to successfully execute and coach sales activities.
• Exhibits business acumen and sound decision making.
• S.A.F.E. Act registration required at employment through NMLS.

Responsibilities

• Complete FCMA onboarding roadmap and certification.
• Deepen Consumer and Small Business customer relationships.
• Develop knowledge of Fifth Third products, services, processes and resources.
• Lead consultative sales to identify and meet customer financial needs.
• Develop an integrated book of business strategy with Finance Needs Assessments.
• Source, coach and lead a team aligned to core values and strategies.
• Foster a One Bank culture and collaborate with partners.
• Participate in community service activities.
• Comply with Bancorp Code of Business Conduct and Ethics.
