Qualifications

• College degree or two or more years of leadership experience in a sales environment.
• Ability to professionally represent Fifth Third Bank in verbal and written communication.
• Capable of analyzing credit and financial information.
• Ability to successfully execute and coach sales activities.
• Exhibits business acumen and sound decision making.
• S.A.F.E. Act registration via NMLS is required at employment.

Responsibilities

• Complete FCMA roadmap and onboarding activities from day one to program completion.
• Become proficient at deepening Consumer and Small Business customer relationships with memorable service.
• Maintain knowledge of Fifth Third's products, services, processes and resources to guide the team.
• Lead consultative sales process to identify financial needs and recommend solutions.
• Develop an integrated book of business strategy with a Financial Needs Assessment (FNA).
• Source, coach and lead a team that reinforces Core Values and business strategies.
• Cultivate a One Bank culture through collaboration with business partners.
• Participate in community activities and adhere to policies and procedures.
