Responsibilities

Complete FCMA roadmap and onboarding activities from day one through completion.
Deepen Consumer and Small Business relationships to provide a memorable customer experience.
Gain knowledge of Fifth Third products, services, processes, and resources to educate and lead the team.
Lead consultative sales to identify financial needs and propose appropriate solutions.
Develop an integrated book of business with a Financial Needs Assessment (FNA) for proactive support.
Source, develop, coach and lead a team aligned with Core Values and business strategies.
Foster a One Bank culture and collaboration with business partners.
Participate in community activities and adhere to the Code of Conduct.
