Job summary

Fifth Third Bank seeks a Financial Center Manager in the DeNovo Financial Center Manager - Toco Hills program. The role features a structured onboarding with rotations across Operations, Sales & Service, Lending, Small Business and more, preparing candidates for a Financial Center leadership position.

You'll progressively build client relationships, learn the bank's products and processes, and develop a team capable of delivering exceptional customer experiences within a One Bank culture.

Qualifications

• College degree or two or more years of leadership experience in a sales environment.
• Ability to professionally represent Fifth Third Bank in verbal and written communication.
• Capable of analyzing credit and financial information.
• Ability to successfully execute and coach sales activities.

Responsibilities

• Complete FCMA roadmap and onboarding activities, including certification.
• Develop and deepen consumer and small business customer relationships through memorable service.
• Learn and apply Fifth Third's products, services, processes and resources to lead the team.
• Lead a consultative sales process to identify financial needs and propose appropriate solutions.
• Support development of an integrated book of business ensuring proactive client engagement.
• Spearhead coaching and leadership of a team aligned with Core Values and business strategies.
