Responsibilities

• Complete FCMA roadmap and onboarding activities from day one to program completion.
• Become proficient at deepening Consumer and Small Business relationships by providing a memorable customer experience.
• Gain knowledge of Fifth Third's products, services, processes, and resources to guide and lead the team.
• Develop the consultative sales process to identify financial needs and recommend solutions.
• Create an integrated book of business strategy with a Financial Needs Assessment (FNA) and best banker assignment.
• Source, develop, coach and lead a team that reinforces Core Values and business strategies.
• Cultivate a One Bank culture with collaboration across partners.
• Participate in community-related activities and adhere to policies and ethics.
