Job summary

Fifth Third Bank is seeking a Financial Center Manager Associate for West Orlando, FL. The program features a comprehensive onboarding with rotations across Operations, Sales & Service, Lending, Small Business, and Management tracks to prepare candidates for a leadership role in a Financial Center.

You will deepen consumer and small business relationships, learn products, and apply a consultative sales process to meet client financial needs.

Qualifications

College degree or two+ years of leadership experience in a sales environment.
Ability to professionally represent Fifth Third Bank in verbal and written communication.
Capable of analyzing credit and financial information.
Ability to successfully execute and coach sales activities.
Exhibits business acumen.
Demonstrated ability in making sound decisions.
S.A.F.E. Act registration via NMLS required.

Responsibilities

Complete FCMA roadmap and onboarding activities through program completion.
Develop consumer and small business relationships by delivering a memorable experience.
Gain working knowledge of Fifth Third products, processes and resources.
Lead consultative sales to identify customer financial needs and solutions.
Develop a book of business strategy with proactive ongoing support.
Source, coach and lead a team aligned with core values and strategies.
Foster One Bank culture and collaboration with partners.
Participate in community service activities.
