Job summary

Fulton Bank, N.A. seeks a Financial Center Supervisor in Emmaus, PA to lead daily branch operations and deliver exceptional customer experiences at the Chestnut Street center.

This full-time role requires availability around branch hours (no Sundays) and a passion for coaching a growing team. You will drive proactive sales conversations, mentor staff, maintain risk controls, and deepen customer relationships using the CRM system.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of related business or sales experience is required.
• 1+ years of supervisor or team leader experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Drive proactive sales conversations; outbound calls, inbound inquiries, appointments, and lobby engagement to identify sales opportunities.
• Maintain risk/compliance by adhering to regulations and company policies.
• Use CRM and resources to onboard new customers and expand existing relationships.
• Collaborate with Financial Center Manager to build a high-performing team and oversee operations.
• Participate in off-site networking events to strengthen local community presence.
