Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3 years cash handling and customer service in retail or branch banking, or a Bachelor’s degree with 1 year experience.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• NMLS registration under the SAFE Act required.

Responsibilities

• Lead morning operational huddles and staffing coordination to ensure efficient center operations.
• Guide associates on teller transactions and policies; supervise vault opening/closing and night depository.
• Mitigate operational loss by monitoring cash limits, overrides, holds, and outage resolution.
• Resolve client issues; provide research and problem resolution as they arise; ensure risk management practices.
• Promote client service excellence and lobby management; engage in proactive sales conversations to build a pipeline.
• Maintain equipment knowledge for ATMs, cash recyclers, currency counters, and coin sorters.
