Responsibilities

• Develop processes and strategies for large projects to function as intended.
• Onboard, oversee, and manage 401(k) MEP and other benefits billing projects.
• Engage stakeholders across external auditors, fiduciaries, and internal teams.
• Shape procedures for customer risk, contributions, compliance, and payroll data.
• Drive process automation and ongoing project improvements.
