We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic FP&A Analyst to support our financial planning and decision-making processes as we scale. This role involves managing financial reporting processes, administering Workday Adaptive Insights, and partnering with G&A functions to improve transparency and efficiency. It offers a unique perspective into the overall business operations and is ideal for someone with strong analytical skills, system proficiency, and a collaborative mindset.

The Day To Day
Adaptive Insights Administration (40%)
  • Serve as the primary admin for Workday Adaptive Insights, including user management, model maintenance, and troubleshooting
  • Partner with IT and Finance Ops to optimize system integrations
  • Ensure data integrity across source systems and Adaptive Insights
Financial Planning & Reporting (35%)
  • Manage monthly and quarterly close reporting, including P&L analysis
  • Improve recurring reports and templates
  • Assist with board deliverables and presentations
  • Support budgeting and long-range planning
  • Conduct ad hoc analysis and scenario modeling
G&A Business Partnering (25%)
  • Act as the main finance contact for G&A leaders, supporting budget vs. actual analysis and forecasting
  • Facilitate planning cycles with G&A leaders
  • Collaborate with Benefits and Accounting for forecasting assumptions
Minimum Qualifications
  • 3–5 years of relevant FP&A, corporate finance, or related experience
  • Strong experience with Workday Adaptive Insights (power user preferred)
  • Understanding of GAAP financial statements and FP&A processes
  • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills, financial modeling
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Self-starter with effective planning, multitasking, and deadline management skills in a remote environment
  • Experience in SaaS businesses and understanding core SaaS metrics (preferred)
