OnTrac is looking for an experienced Senior Financial Analyst to support first, middle, and final mile transportation operations for a rapidly growing package delivery company.

Responsibilities:

1. Build financial analysis models driving operational decisions across the OnTrac network, including working on cost-out initiatives and long-range planning, annual budgets, etc.
2. Automate existing models and tools to support the scale-up of the Transportation Network.
3. Operations planning and cost planning for the Network.
4. Conduct weekly, monthly variance analysis and reporting.
5. Evaluate and improve methodologies that are core to our business models and tools.
6. Collaborate with operations personnel to drive process improvements, productivity, and cost savings initiatives.
7. Manage weekly, monthly, and quarterly results reporting.
8. Facilitate financial review meetings with key partner business groups.
9. Demonstrate excellent financial and quantitative skills.
10. Communicate effectively and possess strong presentation skills.
11. Build strong working relationships and demonstrate exceptional leadership skills.
12. Learn quickly and apply strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
13. Maintain excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel, SQL, and data analysis.
14. Possess a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
15. Have 2-5 years of experience in a related field.
16. Occasional travel as needed (<10%).
