Responsibilities

• Validate estimated project costs to complete with Project Leadership.
• Train Project Leaders on cost forecasts, manpower projections, cash flow, and change order tracking.
• Prepare month-end adjustments and business unit reporting; present financial results.
• Produce monthly billing for projects and resolve billing concerns with Owners.
• Assist with cost, pricing, and reviews of proposals and change orders.
