Job summary

Gogo Business Aviation LLC is seeking a Financial Analyst-Sales & Product to lead financial modeling and forecasting for a fast-growing technology company. You will support revenue forecast, budgeting, and long-range plans, collaborating with Sales and Product to drive insights and strategic decisions.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Finance/Accounting, 2–4 years of financial analysis, and advanced Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in Financial Analysis or related field.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, charts).
• Knowledge of Hyperion planning and SmartView.

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain detailed revenue forecast, budget, and long-range plans across all revenue streams.
• Contribute to revenue-related reporting for quarterly earnings call, MD&A and related analysis.
• Analyze actual revenue performance versus forecast and budget, identifying key trends, variances, and drivers.
• Collaborate closely with Sales and Product teams to understand drivers for forecast and budget.
• Monitor key performance indicators and maintain dashboards for tracking business performance.
• Enhance and improve financial planning models for both short-term as well as multi-year forecast.
• Communicate directly with Finance leadership and C-level executives on forecast and budget for the teams you support.

The Gogo Financial Analyst-Sales & Product is responsible for financial modeling and forecasting in a fast-growing technology company. This position will be a key contributor to the FP&A function at Gogo. The Financial Analyst focuses on developing revenue forecast/budget and long-term plan, including key revenue metrics, supporting quarterly earnings calls and MD&A analysis, formulating analysis of financial and operational data to support effective decision‑making and large company wide initiatives.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field 2-4 years of experience in Financial Analysis or related field

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel are required including complex formulas, pivot tables and charts
• Ability to employ complex analytical tools and statistics to perform analysis and forecasting of financial and other business information
• Business modeling skills, capable of translating business logic to modeling logic to bring insights to the senior management team and support the business teams as needed
• Strong interpersonal and consultative communication skills with well-developed presentation skills.

Equal Pay Disclosure(s) Base Pay: 72,000.00 - 90,000.00 USD Annual Target Annual Short-Term Incentive: Bonus Plan at 5% (% of Annualized Base Pay) Eligible for Incentive Stock Program: Yes
