You will ensure accurate, timely, and auditable processes with exposure to sales compensation cycles as a valuable asset given cross-functional payout touchpoints.

• 5+ years in Accounting/Finance Operations with hands-on AP/AR/GL experience.
• Experience with month-end close, journal entries, and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Experience with Sales Compensation or Incentive Compensation processes.
• Advanced Excel skills; familiarity with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/NetSuite) and BI tools.
• Experience with controls, audit readiness, and process documentation.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.

Responsabilidades

• Manage day-to-day AP/AR transactions: invoicing, payments, collections, and account maintenance.
• Perform GL entries, journal postings, and month-end/quarter-end close activities.
• Conduct bank, vendor, intercompany, and balance sheet reconciliations with variance resolution.
• Support close-out processes, maker-checker controls, and manual adjustments.
• Investigate discrepancies per procedures and runbooks.
• Maintain SOPs, controls evidence, and audit-ready documentation.
• Collaborate with payroll, comp ops, FP&A and other finance teams as needed.

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Analyst to manage core accounting operations across Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), and account reconciliation. This role ensures accurate, timely, and auditable financial processes, with exposure to sales compensation/incentive comp cycles being a valuable asset given cross-functional payout and finance-ops touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day AP/AR transactions — invoicing, payments, collections, and vendor/customer account maintenance.
• Perform GL entries, journal postings, and month-end/quarter-end close activities.
• Conduct account reconciliations (bank, vendor, intercompany, balance sheet) with full traceability and variance resolution.
• Support close-out processes, manual adjustments, and corrections under maker-checker controls.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies or inquiries per established procedures/runbooks.
• Maintain SOPs, controls evidence, and audit-ready documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional finance teams (payroll, comp ops, FP&A) as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Accounting, Finance Operations, or a related field, with hands-on AP/AR/GL/Reconciliation experience.
• Strong understanding of month-end close, journal entries, and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Experience with Sales Compensation, Incentive Compensation, or Commissions processes
• Advanced Excel skills; familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or equivalent) and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI) preferred.
• Experience with financial controls, audit-readiness, and process documentation.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
