Job summary

DSV - Global Transport and Logistics in Iselin, NJ seeks a Financial Analyst, Reporting to join the Finance team. The role focuses on LPMD data maintenance, IFRS16 lease reporting, and coordination of rent-related postings with AP and Real Estate.

You will also drive ESG reporting, data quality, and timely health and safety and insurance reporting. Strong communication, organization, and analytical skills are essential, with a finance/accounting degree and ESG/lease accounting experience a plus.

• Strong analytical skills to resolve data quality problems.
• Experience with ESG or lease accounting is a plus.
• Experience with utility invoicing is a plus.
• SAP knowledge is a plus.
• Planon lease management knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain LPMD data and ensure high data quality for finance transformations.
• Manage semi-annual LPMD register reviews for thoroughness.
• Maintain lease contracts in Planon for IFRS16 reporting.
• Coordinate with Real Estate and Operations on leases, terminations and extensions.
• Provide instructions to AP for monthly rent payments and postings.
• Reconcile lease ledgers and retrieve deposits at lease end.
• Support ESG/Sustainability reporting with data from subject matter experts.
• Prepare monthly Health & Safety reporting and bi-annual property insurance reporting.
