Job summary

DSV in Iselin, NJ is seeking a Financial Analyst, Reporting to join the Finance team. The role focuses on LPMD data, lease reporting under IFRS16, and rent payment management to ensure accurate financial records.

You'll collaborate with Real Estate, Business Operations and ESG reporting to collect data, streamline processes, and maintain compliance. The position reports to the Finance Supervisor and is based in Iselin near Metropark.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting.
• ESG or lease accounting experience is a plus.
• Experience with utility invoicing is preferred.
• SAP knowledge is a plus.
• Planon lease management knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• LPMD data accuracy for finance transformation processes.
• Maintain and review the LPMD register for data quality.
• Manage lease contracts in Planon for IFRS16 reporting.
• Coordinate with Real Estate and Business Operations on leases.
• Monthly Health & Safety and twice-yearly property insurance reporting.
