Job summary

DSV is seeking a Financial Analyst, Reporting in Iselin, NJ (near Metropark). You will report to the Finance Supervisor and support LPMD data, lease reporting, rent payments and ESG disclosures, partnering with Real Estate and Business Operations.

Your work will ensure IFRS16 compliance, accurate data, and timely postings while contributing to sustainability metrics and controls across the finance function.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting is required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Analytical thinking with data quality focus.
• Experience with ESG or lease accounting is a plus.
• Experience with utility invoicing is a plus.
• SAP knowledge is a plus.
• Planon lease management system knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• LPMD data: maintain and ensure high data quality for location data.
• Lease Reporting: manage contracts in Planon for IFRS16 compliance.
• Rent Payment Management: coordinate with AP on rent and reconciliations.
• Lease ledgers: reconcile and retrieve security deposits at lease end.
• ESG/Sustainability Reporting: collect and analyze ESG data for accuracy.
• Other: monthly Health & Safety reporting and twice-yearly insurance reporting.
