Summary

The Financial Analyst will provide financial analysis, planning, and data mining support for Fleet Management Solutions (FMS). The candidate will support Asset Management Finance and coordinate with multiple departments to deliver results. Must be inquisitive, collaborative, accurate, and efficient to ensure leadership receives timely and informative financial reports and analyses.

Essential Functions

1. Assist with closing books, forecasting year-end financials, and creating annual plans and budgets.
2. Review month-end reports including actual versus budget variances.
3. Consolidate, prepare, and analyze financial data to understand relationships and identify drivers, performing a broad spectrum of analyses from various sources.
4. Coordinate with Operations, Finance, Accounting, IT, and Sales to understand financial results and communicate findings.
5. Draw conclusions and provide recommendations to management based on data.
6. Participate in miscellaneous projects as required.
7. Develop ad-hoc reports and analyses as requested by leadership.

• Advanced knowledge of financial concepts like operating margin, EBT, cash flow, balance sheet, cost of capital, depreciation, ROE, etc.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• At least 2 years of accounting and/or finance experience.

Additional Information

Salary range: $58,000 - $70,000. Benefits include health, dental, vision, life, disability insurance, paid time off, and 401(k).
