A. Harold + Associates, LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Financial Analyst to support the DoD H-53 variants program at NAS Patuxent River.

The role conducts quantitative financial and investment analysis to optimize program funding streams and track execution data within defense accounting frameworks. You will evaluate budgets, ensure fiscal compliance, and translate financial metrics into actionable status reports for leadership.

Qualificações

• DoD clearance required or ability to obtain (Secret)
• BA/BS from accredited institution
• 3–10 years in financial analysis, budget tracking, or asset management

Responsabilidades

• Conduct data-driven quantitative analyses of financial information, asset structures, and funding trends affecting Navy acquisition programs.
• Formulate and monitor detailed program spend plans, track milestones against commitments and expenditures.
• Evaluate Navy appropriation types (APN, RDT&E, O&M,N) for compliance and funding alignment.
• Use defense enterprise systems to input, extract, and reconcile financial data, producing status reports for leaders.
• Assess accounting reports for variances and assist in creating resource allocation forecasts.
