  • Analyzes EBITDA‑generating projects through revenue initiatives and expense controls, providing actionable recommendations to senior management.
  • Identifies trends through data analysis to support forecasts and budgets.
  • Assists in developing communication tools to share key metrics and analytical insights.
  • Supports preparation of annual budgets and monthly forecasts.
  • Compares actual operating results to budget and prior year performance.
  • Contributes to presentations for budget meetings and operational reviews.
  • Monitors labor costs and reports findings to financial and operational teams.
  • Prepares ad‑hoc reports as requested.
  • Proactively assists team members as needed.
  • Demonstrates teamwork and collaborates with other departments to enhance efficiency.
  • Effectively prioritizes, organizes, and completes multiple tasks.
  • Promotes and delivers superior customer service in alignment with company standards.
  • Ensures compliance with regulatory requirements and reports potential issues to management.
