Job summary

Responsibilities include building cost models, tracking standard costs, supporting budget and forecast, reviewing capital requests, inventory reconciliation, journaling, dashboards, and monthly reports. 2+ years of experience and strong Excel required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
• 2+ years of financial analysis experience in manufacturing.
• Strong Excel skills including pivot tables and lookups.
• Ability to communicate financial results to non-financial staff.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.

• Two or more years of financial analysis experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Strong Excel skills including pivot tables and lookup functions.
• Experience with standard costing and variance analysis.
• Working knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.

Bonus Qualifications

• CPA or CMA certification.
• Experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools.
• Exposure to lean manufacturing or continuous improvement programs.
• Advanced skills in SQL or data modeling.
• Experience supporting multiple plant sites.
