The Pivot Group Network in Alpena, MI is seeking a Financial Analyst to support cost modeling, budgeting, and variance analysis for regional manufacturing partners. The role offers a clear path for financial insight and career growth.

Responsibilities include building cost models, tracking standard costs and variances, supporting annual budgets and forecasts, analyzing capital projects, reconciling inventories, and preparing month-end reports and dashboards for plant leadership.

Formación

Experience with standard costing and variance analysis.

Ability to communicate financial results to non financial plant staff.
Strong Excel skills including pivot tables and lookup functions.

Salary Range: $63,000 - $96,000 depending on experience

Recommended Qualifications

Bachelor degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
Two or more years of financial analysis experience in a manufacturing setting.
Strong Excel skills including pivot tables and lookup functions.

Bonus Qualifications

Exposure to lean manufacturing or continuous improvement programs.
Advanced skills in SQL or data modeling.
Experience supporting multiple plant sites.
CPA or CMA certification.
Experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools.
