Responsibilities include developing dashboards, tracking standard costs, supporting budgeting and forecasts, and communicating results to non-financial staff.

Qualifications

Working knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
Ability to communicate financial results to non financial plant staff.
Bachelor degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
Two or more years of financial analysis experience in a manufacturing setting.
Strong Excel skills including pivot tables and lookup functions.
Experience with standard costing and variance analysis.

Salary Range:

$68,000 – $102,000 depending on experience
