Mayvin is seeking a Financial Analyst III to support the U.S. Marshals Service (USMS), Financial Services Division (FSD), within the Office of Budget Execution (BE). The Financial Analyst III will perform complex budget execution functions in support of USMS programs and administrative budget areas, ensuring effective financial management and budget oversight. Must be a U.S. Citizen. Must be able to undergo and pass a background investigation. Responsibilities :

• Advises USMS leadership on budgetary actions, annual spending plans, funding adjustments, and budget reprogramming to address program changes and legislative mandates
• Monitors the obligation and expenditure trends and/or relevant data for assigned districts and/or divisions/staff offices program areas
• Maintains complex databases, registers, and other accounting/tracking systems employed by the organization
• Conducts program reviews of district and headquarters programs to identify ways to improve business practices and reduce costs
• Prepares budget briefing materials (e.g., inquiry response, data requests, and execution policy)
