RTX is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to support the Business Manager with key financial responsibilities on a government-focused program. This role is currently designated remote and requires residing in one of the 50 U.S. states.

The position involves earning value reporting, baseline planning, EACs, and robust financial forecasting to support AOP and long-range planning. You will interact with program leads and executives, providing proactive financial insights and data-driven

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or Advanced Degree
• Experience with consolidating and analyzing financial data sets
• Ability to communicate financial information clearly
• Proficient in program management tools
• EVMS experience and PMI certification are a plus

• Support and generate work products for Earned Value reporting
• Support Baseline Planning and Development
• Prepare Estimates at Completion (EACs)
• Develop risk and opportunity analyses and financial forecasting
• Support Short Range Outlook and 5-year plan
• Engage in internal/external meetings up to executive level
