The role requires at least a Bachelor's or an Associate’s with 4 years of related experience, with a focus on finance, accounting, and data analysis. Office or remote work options may be available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting with relevant experience.
• Associate’s degree plus 4 years’ experience in accounting, auditing, operations, or financial institutions.
• Bachelor’s in Finance or Accounting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Compile facts, analyze data, and provide input into management recommendations.
• Demonstrate working knowledge of finance and accounting concepts through data aggregation.
• Understand and adhere to department timelines and company risk standards.
• Prepare financial reports and forecasts to support bank objectives.
• Support cross-training and collaboration within Finance.
