Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 3+ years related business line experience.
• Alternatively, combined 7 years of higher education and/or work experience.
• Strong analytics and data interpretation to influence business decisions.

Responsabilités

• Develop and produce mid-high complexity departmental reports and spreadsheets, including project/strategy analysis, historical reporting, workflow and financial analysis.
• Identify trends and engage stakeholders to develop project plans and communicate findings via reports and papers.
• Perform complex analysis to support business decisions across multiple disciplines and present meaningful insights to management.
• Drive continuous improvement of processes, create maintenance plans and documentation, and propose automation tools where appropriate.
• Participate in planning and implementation of new projects and regulatory changes impacting the unit.
• Lead departmental system support, coordinating with partners, vendors and technology to address issues.
• Adhere to compliance and risk controls per company and regulatory standards.
• Promote belonging and reflect the M&T Bank brand.
• Complete other related duties as assigned.
