Job summary

SWBC is seeking a Financial Analyst to assist with analyzing financial status by collecting, monitoring, and studying data and making recommendations. You will support budgeting, planning, and reporting for internal and external stakeholders.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in finance-related field and at least 2 years of analytical experience, with proficiency in Workday, Salesforce, Power BI, Crystal Reports, and advanced MS Office tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration with related coursework.
• Minimum 2 years experience as a financial analyst.
• Workday experience required.
• Experience with various information systems and data files, including large and complex files, and report writing software (Crystal Reporting, Microsoft Reporting Services).
• Salesforce.com and Microsoft PowerBI experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of automated sales management tools, preferably Salesforce.com.
• Familiarity with statistics and algorithms used to predict data meaning.
• Familiarity with relational databases such as Access and data aggregation/analysis tools.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, decision‑making, detail‑orientation, problem‑solving, verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong self‑motivation, ability to manage multiple assignments/projects and prioritize.
• Ability to work fast‑paced collaborative environment and build relationships.
