SWBC is seeking a Data Analyst in Shavano Park, Texas, to work closely with Data Scientists and Engineers to deliver impactful, data-driven solutions. This role involves managing, analyzing, and organizing data to provide business insights and support the organization's overall data strategy.
Your responsibilities will include developing reporting requirements, analyzing data trends, and communicating analysis results effectively. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field and experience with BI tools like Tableau or PowerBI.
SWBC is seeking a talented individual to work with Data Scientists, Data Engineers, and BI Developers to deliver data‑driven solutions that impact business performance, enhance business decisions, and support the overall data strategy of the organization.
The Data Analyst will leverage AWS, Snowflake, Fivetran, DBT, and various BI tools to manage, organize, and analyze data to provide business insights. The role also supports various data initiatives to provide quick and accurate validation, strategy implementation, and address ad‑hoc requests from business partners.
As a Data Analyst in SWBC’s financial institution group, you will collaborate with various data resources across the data pipeline to provide end‑to‑end data solutions, assist leadership by providing research, reports, or dashboards that promote data‑driven decisions across the organization, and work alongside multiple business units to provide insights, develop KPIs, and establish alert triggers.
We follow Agile‑Scrum methodologies. You will use SWBC data program tools to understand how data flows from end to end, document business processes to create requirements for data model development, and collaborate with our data scientists to provide quick validation and tuning of machine‑learning models.
