Job summary

Avery Dennison is seeking a Financial Analyst, Graphics Solutions to join our North America Graphics Solutions Division in Mentor, OH. In this role, you will play a critical function within our North American FP&A and Commercial Finance Team.

You will work across Sales, Marketing and Finance to deliver timely, accurate reporting and meaningful insights. You will build robust financial models, support forecasting, planning, and AOP, and enable faster, data-driven decisions by delivering

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting required.
• 3+ years of financial and/or accounting experience.
• Manufacturing or commercial environment experience preferred.
• Strong financial modeling and data analysis skills.
• Proven ability to partner with Sales, Marketing and Finance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a key business partner to Sales and Marketing with analytical guidance.
• Support weekly, monthly, and quarterly forecasting and AOP processes.
• Lead data analytics and standardized reporting for commercial performance.
• Develop tools and models to understand drivers of profitability and growth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and ensure compliance and controllership.
