Job summary

Avery Dennison Corporation, Mentor, OH, is seeking a Financial Analyst for Graphics Solutions to join our North America FP&A and Commercial Finance teams. The role focuses on improving financial analysis tools, data integrity, and timely reporting to support faster decision-making.

You will collaborate across Commercial Sales, Marketing, IT, and Finance, building robust models, performing variance analysis, and driving actionable insights for growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting required.
• 3+ years of financial and/or accounting experience preferred.
• Strong financial modeling skills.
• Experience with BI tools and data reporting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a key business partner to Sales and Marketing, providing analytical guidance.
• Support weekly, monthly, and quarterly forecasting and month-end close.
• Pull and structure large data files for the Annual Operating Plan and analyze revenue drivers.
• Manage daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reporting with BI tools.
• Develop tools and models to understand drivers for profitable growth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and ensure finance process continuity and compliance.
