We are looking for a top analytical mind to develop a deep country understanding, create key performance indicators, provide guidance to optimize upcoming investments, and measure results of recent initiatives. The successful candidate will be comfortable with ambiguity and have highly respected business acumen. This role partners directly with cross-functional leadership and multiple Advertising Finance teams, and requires strong communication and technical skills.

Key job responsibilities

1. Provide strategic support to key Growth Sales initiatives and investments
2. Build, iterate, and automate financial reports, metrics, and scorecards to support short and long-term planning
3. Own weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting of Financial performance for newly launched initiatives
4. Ad hoc business support

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

1. 1+ years of finance experience
2. Knowledge of standard software including Excel, Access, Oracle, Essbase, SQL and VBA skills
3. Experience using data to influence business decisions
4. Experience in corporate finance including budgeting/planning, forecasting and reporting
5. Bachelor's degree or above in finance, accounting or related field
6. Experience working with large-scale data mining and reporting tools (i.e. SQL, MSAccess, Tableau, Essbase or Cognos)

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

1. 2+ years of participating in continuous improvement projects in your team to scale and improve controllership with measurable results experience
2. Experience in TM1, Data Warehouse and SQL
