Job summary

SanMar, located in Issaquah, WA, is seeking a Financial Analyst to support the Finance Department with reporting, budgeting, forecasting, KPI tracking, and margin/expense analysis. The role emphasizes insights that drive value and informed decision making.

The position offers hybrid work at the Eastpointe office, competitive compensation, and a benefits package including a discretionary annual bonus up to 10% of base salary, paid time off and 401(k) matching.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance or equivalent experience.
• Master's degree preferred.
• 2+ years of FP&A experience with strong pro-forma and financial analysis.
• Exceptional communication, analytical and decision-making skills.
• Experience in BI data design to support analytics and decision support.
• Ability to analyze performance and drivers of value creation.
• Ability to analyze, interpret and report on large financial data sets.
• Advanced Excel, Dynamics D365 and Access skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor performance indicators; highlight trends and explain variances.
• Prepare quarterly and monthly financial and management reports, plus ad hoc reports.
• Assist with BI tools and dashboard reports.
• Improve processes to drive efficiencies and performance.
• Develop financial models and analyses for operational and strategic decisions.
• Comply with all policies and standards.
