Phoenix Global is seeking a Financial Analyst to support the AVP of Finance for the Northern and Southern Regions. The role is based in Portage, IN, with travel to Burns Harbor and other facilities as needed.

The Financial Analyst will assist with monthly forecasts, financial reports, and ad hoc analysis to drive business performance. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree in Finance or related fields, strong Excel and financial modeling skills, and experience with Oracle or OneStream.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Finance, Financial Systems, Mathematics or Engineering.
• MBA or related finance degree preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills required; demonstrated financial modeling experience.
• Experience with Oracle and/or OneStream preferred.

Responsabilités

• Assist in developing and optimizing forecasting and reporting models.
• Prepare and standardize reports and projections.
• Identify trends, risks and opportunities, and provide improvement recommendations.
• Conduct quantitative analyses for budgeting, forecasting, and company objectives.
• Analyze financial metrics to identify variances and inform decisions.
• Develop finance and business presentations.
• Design reports in Oracle and OneStream; streamline data exchange between systems.
