ADM is seeking a Finance Operations Analyst as part of its Global Business Services Rotational Program in Decatur, IL. This role offers a structured path to develop expertise across core finance functions and exposure to leadership, with rotation through Accounts Payable, Credit Analyses, Collections, Billing, Master Data, and more.

You will build skills in data analysis, reporting, and process improvements, with relocation to Decatur, IL.

Qualifications

• Curiosity to learn broad variety of aspects of Finance.
• Strong verbal and written and time-management skills.
• Ability to function independently and with a team, and collaborate across levels of the organization.
• Proficient Microsoft Office skills (Excel data tables, pivots, lookups, Access, PowerPoint).

• Interact with senior Finance leaders and participate in structured learning programs.
• Gain exposure to day-to-day transactional finance work and project-based initiatives.
• Potential final placement within Global Business Services or other Finance areas after rotation.
