Job summary

Dominium is seeking a Financial Analyst to provide insight and guidance to support growth strategies and financial decisions. This role is a critical resource for annual planning, forecasting, analysis, and cross‑company initiatives.

Responsibilities include analyzing data, generating reports, dashboards, and KPIs; supporting Property Management leadership with targeted analyses; and communicating performance clearly to partners.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree in Accounting or Finance (or equivalent)
• 1 year of relevant professional experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and dashboard creation
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and oral communication; ability to work independently
• Comfortable with ambiguity and detail-oriented

Responsibilities

• Analyze and interpret data and financial results to inform business partners
• Generate reports and perform variance analysis monthly and on ad-hoc requests
• Evaluate historical financial performance across departments to identify trends
• Establish and report KPIs and performance dashboards
• Support leadership with analyses and financial modeling for decision making
• Create dashboards and visuals to communicate performance effectively
