Dominium is seeking a Financial Analyst to provide insightful analysis to support strategic growth and annual planning. You will forecast, analyze, and drive cross-company initiatives while delivering clear financial storytelling for stakeholders.

The role emphasizes dashboards, variance analysis, and partnering with property management leadership to guide decisions. A 4-year degree in accounting/finance and 1 year of experience are preferred, with strong Excel and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 1 year of relevant professional experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel and creating dashboards.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to conceptualize strategic initiatives.
• Ability to work independently and maintain strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Analyze data and financial results to influence business partners.
• Generate reports and perform variance analysis monthly and on ad-hoc basis.
• Analyze historical financial performance to identify trends for decision making.
• Establish and report operational and financial KPIs.
• Support leadership decisions through targeted analyses and financial modeling.
• Create dashboards and visuals to communicate performance.
