Job summary

Cardio Partners, a division of Sarnova, seeks a skilled Financial Analyst to gather, analyze, and report financial data to drive strategic decisions. You will compile daily/weekly/monthly performance reports, support forecasting, and help manage sales quotas and commissions with cross-functional teams.

The role requires 1–3 years of financial analysis experience, strong analytical skills, and proficiency with MS Office; Power BI experience and ERP/CRM knowledge (Dynamics 365) are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in financial analysis.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Power BI experience is a plus.
• Experience with ERP/CRM systems is a plus (Dynamics 365).

Responsibilities

• Report daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly performance to leadership.
• Partner with Commercial teams to monitor financial metrics and provide insights.
• Develop forecasting and analytical models for report management.
• Track monthly KPIs and dashboards for the commercial team.
• Compute and validate monthly/quarterly sales commissions and adjustments.
• Assist in designing commission models and tracking sales quotas.
• Collaborate with Accounting on month-end close processes.
• Translate complex data into understandable tables, graphs and reports.
• Perform variance analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Create ad-hoc analyses to support decision making.
