Job summary

The Financial BI Analyst at KGPCo translates financial and operational data into scalable dashboards, reporting suites, and KPIs. You will work with data warehouses, Microsoft Dynamics 365, and other enterprise systems to build trusted data models, automate reporting, and deliver insights for planning and decision making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or related field.
• Experience creating BI dashboards, reporting solutions, data models, and KPI definitions.
• Advanced Excel skills with PivotTables, Power Query, Power Pivot and data modeling.
• Power BI experience for report/dashboard development and data visualization.
• Experience using Dynamics 365 Finance data for reporting, analysis, and reconciliation.
• SQL and data warehousing concepts; ability to extract/validate data from sources.
• Strong financial acumen, analytical judgment, attention to detail, and communication.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, maintain financial dashboards, reporting suites, KPIs for execs and finance.
• Connect to data warehouses, D365, ERP systems; develop queries, models, calculations.
• Translate requirements into analytics: revenue, margins, expenses, forecast, variance.
• Develop Power BI semantic models, measures, and security for self-service reporting.
• Reconcile dashboards with source data; document controls and validation routines.
• Partner with FP&A, Accounting, Operations, IT to define KPIs and enhance user value.
