Responsibilities

• Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and business opportunities
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and dashboards
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processes
• Develop financial models to evaluate business initiatives, capital investments, and cost structures
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic decision-making
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide variance analysis against budget and forecast
• Assist in the preparation of presentations for senior management and stakeholders
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data in reporting systems
• Conduct market, industry, and competitor analysis to support financial planning
• Maintain compliance with internal controls, policies, and financial regulations

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and financial modeling
• Experience with financial software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Hyperion, or Workday)
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
