Job summary

Cardlytics, Inc. is seeking a Senior Strategic Financial Analyst to partner with business leaders, driving forecasting, reporting, and analysis across the organization.

You will own the monthly close, budget vs actuals, headcount planning, and ad hoc modeling in a fast-growing environment. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in strategic finance or related field, strong Excel skills, and experience building 3-statement models.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in finance or economics from a top institution.
• 2+ years in strategic finance, FP&A, or related field.
• Experience building 3-statement financial models.
• Strong Excel and financial modeling skills.
• Experience forecasting for SaaS/Ad Tech environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to develop strategic, long-range financial plans and translate data into insights.
• Own FP&A cycles: monthly close, quarterly forecasts, annual budgets, executive reporting.
• Drive variance analysis and provide actionable commentary for leadership.
• Manage capital expenditure budgets for software and long-term assets.
• Lead process improvements and collaborate with accounting on close accuracy.
• Develop business cases to support value-based decision making.
