Job summary

Paz Financial Consulting is seeking a detail-oriented Financial Analyst to support accurate financial analysis and reporting. This role collects, analyzes, and presents financial data to inform decision-making across finance and operations.

You will deliver reliable insights, maintain data integrity, and collaborate with internal stakeholders on budgeting, forecasting, month-end close, and ad-hoc reporting. Proficiency in Excel and Power BI is preferred; bachelor's degree required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business or related field.
• 1+ years of experience in financial analysis or reporting.
• Proficiency with Excel for analysis, modeling and reporting.
• Experience with Power BI or similar data-visualization tools preferred.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis and financial statement knowledge.
• Attention to detail with large datasets and clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances and drivers.
• Prepare reports and dashboards for finance and operations stakeholders.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and planning activities.
• Conduct reconciliations to ensure data accuracy across systems.
• Develop financial models for scenario analysis and decision-making.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements for reports.
• Monitor KPIs and communicate insights promptly.
• Assist with month-end, quarter-end, and ad-hoc reporting.
