Job summary

BHG Financial is seeking a Finance/Accounting professional to drive data analytics and financial modeling across loan portfolios and capital markets. You will partner with cross-functional teams to deliver insights and strategic analyses in a fast-paced environment.

Required are 2–4 years of analytics/finance experience, a finance or quantitative degree, and strong Excel/SQL/PowerBI/Tableau skills. This role emphasizes data-driven decision making and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or quantitative field preferred.
• 2-4 years of progressive data analytics or finance experience.
• Strong quantitative skills with financial modeling and lending/capital markets background.
• Proficient in Excel and database systems; PowerBI/Tableau experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain data analyses and reporting for BHG’s loan portfolios.
• Assist in loan inventory management and short-term cash forecasting.
• Develop optimization models supporting Capital Markets and Finance.
• Analyze financial data, identify trends, and advise leadership.
• Support finance team leadership.
• Create analyses using Excel, SQL, or PowerBI.
• Perform variance analysis vs forecasts and explain key drivers.
• Collaborate with Accounting, Capital Markets, and Legal for insights.
• Execute process improvements and ad hoc analyses.
