Job summary

SBM is hiring a Finance Business Analyst to analyze financial data, build models, and deliver insights that shape business strategy. You will develop dashboards to track KPIs and support data-driven decisions across departments.

The role requires 3–5 years of financial analysis experience, advanced Excel, and familiarity with NetSuite, Hyperion, Tableau, and Power BI. CFA is a plus, MBA or related master’s degree preferred, with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 3–5 years in a similar role with a strong focus on financial analysis and business strategy.
• CFA preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Analyze financial data and create reports to support decision‑making.
• Develop dashboards to monitor KPIs and financial performance.
• Identify cost reduction opportunities and process improvements.
