Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
• Minimum of 2 years of related experience.
• Strong GAAP knowledge.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams.
• Public accounting experience preferred.
• Understanding of lease accounting preferred.
• CPA, CFA, or MBA preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Real estate experience a plus.
• Experience with Argus and/or Yardi is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Update and maintain property-level projections using Argus.
• Support the corporate REIT earnings projection model.
• Review leases to interpret terms and update Argus assumptions.
• Prepare leasing call notes and changes in Argus.
• Roll up Argus data into the corporate projection model.
• Upload projection data into JD Edwards and analyze fluctuations.
• Prepare financial analyses and significant lease assumption analyses.
• Analyze and forecast key guidance and financial metrics.
• Assist with quarterly and annual reporting and schedules.
• Conduct accounting and/or peer research and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Support special projects for the Corporate Finance team.
