We are seeking a Financial Analyst to join our Corporate Finance team at our Pasadena headquarters. This role is ideal for a highly analytical finance or accounting professional who enjoys working with complex financial models, interpreting lease and property-level data, and contributing to corporate level forecasting and reporting in a dynamic, collaborative environment.
The Financial Analyst will support key Financial Planning & Analysis responsibilities within the Corporate Finance Department. This position is focused on corporate forecasting, REIT earnings projections, financial analysis, and reporting support. Please note that this role does not include real estate valuation or underwriting work.

With guidance and review from the Finance Supervisor/Senior Financial Analyst, the Financial Analyst will be responsible for updating and maintaining property-level projections using Argus software, as well as supporting various components of the Company’s corporate REIT earnings projection model. The expected base hourly wage range for this position is $48.08 to $57.70 USD hourly, plus an annual discretionary bonus. This hourly wage range is an estimate, and the actual hourly wage may vary based on the consideration of many factors, which may include, but are not limited to: the individual’s knowledge, experience, education, qualifications, skills, job location, and the Company’s compensation practices.
