A leading healthcare organization seeks a Financial Analyst to oversee financial planning and management of budgets in their HR department. The HR Business Analyst works under the general direction of the Director, HR Administration, UC Davis. The HR Business Analyst is responsible for managing the financial planning, analysis, and management of organizational budgets. This includes but not limited to analyzing financial data, developing budgetary guidelines, and providing recommendations to senior management to support strategic decision-making. This role is critical in supporting organizational financial health and decision-making by providing insightful analysis, strategic guidance, and effective budget management.
This position will extract and manipulate raw data from a variety of systems to analyze and create statistical reports and presentations that capture and visualize department tasks, operations, and performance, as necessary. Synthesize highly complex concepts and distill pertinent information to enhance and support data-driven decision- making. Serve as the data liaison for Human Resources Administration Team, collaborating with internal and external partners to collect and manage consistent reporting functions.
Provide technical assistance, special projects support, and administrative support to the HR Managers and
staff. Work with various levels of management on information that requires a high degree of condentiality.
The incumbent must possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments to ensure fiscal responsibility and achieve organizational objectives.
